2). Strategic & Improvement Staff
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end SCM business process; vendor & contract management, business process & system improvement, SOP & Application Development, management reports, SCM KPI, data analysis, cost control for SCM fund center
- Support internal & external audit
- Liaise with other functions to organize SCM program/events
- Closely communicates with all Strategic & Improvement team, SCM team, SCM Management, department users as customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Management, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science
- Min. 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management Business Process, as ERP functional support, data/business/system analyst in mining industry
- Familiar using ERP applications (SAP, JDE, Ellipse, Oracle, etc.)
- Actively involve in business & system requirement gathering, process flow design, development, UAT, data analysis, create business case & solution proposal
- Understand SCM Business Process & SOP Development
- Good communication, business process understanding, problem solving, data analysis, spreadsheet, and presentation skill
- Willing to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH)
